The production order will record the delivery address, order status and fulfilment updates. Coverage, fee and expected delivery timing will be shown before payment when available.

RivoZain uses two clear fulfilment journeys. Final refund windows, fees and exceptions will be locked after live product and payment rules are approved.
Pickup from Agent
Paid pickup orders will be assigned to an approved Agent pickup point. Only active, approved office locations from the Operations System will be eligible to appear to customers after backend integration.
Refunds
Refund eligibility will depend on payment state, fulfilment state, activation status and the rules of the underlying service. Final rules must be approved before live checkout is enabled.
